Are the BMP missions repeatable and as we do not have Factions can we still do the mission associated with that campaign?

yes to both. They are repeatable (and it is necessary to repeat them in some cases to get the "discoveries") and they can be accessed from any of the three major port cities.

Yes you can repeat them just like any Mission, and Yes you can still play all Bonus missions.

And before you ask, yes you can get all the weapons as many times as you want. There is no limit to the weapons.
